2 burglars stole weapons from a Kennewick gun store, police say

Police searched three Kennewick homes on Thursday and arrested two men after a break-in at the Hole in the Wall gun shop the day before.

Blake Sickler, 27 and Timothy Horton, 38, forced their way into the shop and shooting range at 7509 W. Deschutes Ave. in Kennewick, early Wednesday and stole at least six guns, according to police.

Police searched two houses on North Volland Street that Sickler had ties to, and officers came away with several guns.

Later Thursday, several blocks of Union Street were closed to traffic while officers waited to search another house on the 700 block of South Union that was connected to Horton.

They seized more items from the burglary, they said. Details on the types of weapons taken were not released.

The Tri-City Regional SWAT team helped with the searches.

The two men were booked into the Benton County jail on suspicion of second-degree burglary, unlawfully gun possession and six counts of possessing stolen firearms.
