2 young women hurt in Dallas Road crash
Two young women were taken to the hospital on Friday after a three-car crash on the westbound Interstate 82 off ramp at Dallas Road east of Kennewick.
Aerielle Knowlden, 23, of West Richland, failed to yield the right of way as she took the off ramp onto Dallas Road at about 4:15 p.m., according to the Washington State Patrol.
Her Toyota Corolla hit a Ford Windstar van being driven south by Cesar Magana, 32, of Kennewick, according to police reports.
The van then hit a Ford Mustang two-door driven by Shona Cagle, 20, of Benton City, in the northbound lane.
Cagle and her passenger, Reganne Brown, 20, of Freeland, Wash., were both taken to Kadlec Regional Medical Center in Richland.
Cagle was released from the hospital Saturday, and Brown was treated Friday and released.
Brown was not wearing a seat belt and it is not known whether Cagle was, according to the state patrol.
