Driver’s speed to blame in rollover south of Prosser, troopers say
A Sunnyside woman was hospitalized Saturday after her Geo Metro rolled on Highway 221, 24 miles south of Prosser.
Maria S. Zesati, 64, was wearing a seat belt when she lost control of the car while traveling north, the Washington State Patrol reported.
She was taken to PMH Medical Center in Prosser.
Troopers blamed the 5 p.m. crash on driving too fast for conditions.
Zesati was cited for second-degree negligent driving and speeding.
