Benton County sheriff’s deputies have delivered an accused Finley porch pirate to prosecutors.

Andrew L. Witherrite, 24, of Finley, was arrested this week and deputies recovered a stolen item, according to the sheriff’s office Facebook.

Guided by tips from the public, deputies are still looking for the person driving the four-door Honda Accord he was riding in.

Investigators claim Witherrite stole packages from a home’s porch on the 25000 block of South Oak Street on Dec. 14. They included a vintage $300 bracelet and a LEGO school bus.

Public records show Witherrite lives about a mile down the street. He was booked into the Benton County jail on suspicion of third-degree theft.
