Two semis collided Friday evening on Highway 395 just north of Pasco.

Traffic was slowed for 90 minutes as the right lane was closed while the Washington State Department of Transportation cleared debris.

One driver was injured.

Jose A. Villelar-Ramos, 45, of Pasco was driving south and slowed his truck to turn onto Vineyard Drive just before 7 p.m., according to the Washington State Patrol.

Scott Ingram, 39, of Spokane, ran his semi into the truck trailer that was turning, according to police reports.

Ingram was taken to Lourdes Medical Center in Pasco with injuries that were not life-threatening, according to Franklin County Fire District No. 3.

The state patrol blamed the crash on inattention and said Ingram would be charged with second-degree negligent driving.
