The bottle in his pants didn’t fool the Kennewick clerk — the 2nd time
An 18-year-old Kennewick man got started early Thursday — drinking and shoplifting.
Dylan Russelman walked into the Circle K on 10th Avenue at 10:09 a.m. and stuffed a bottle of alcohol down his pants, said Kennewick Officer Roman Trujillo.
Russelman then got into a car and drove away.
But he wasn’t done with stealing or drinking, Trujillo said. He went back into the same store about three hours later and tried the same trick.
This time an employee spotted him and called the cops.
An officer stopped Russelman before he left and arrested him for both thefts.
