A man is behind bars Monday after his late-night Kennewick rampage ended with a stabbing — his own.

Police said Aaron Goedhart, 24, destroyed around $1,000 of property at the Heatherstone Apartments around 6 p.m. Sunday.

Goedhart allegedly attacked his domestic partner and another woman during the frenzy.

One of the women defended herself with a knife and stabbed Goedhart. Police caught up with him after he’d fled.

After Goedhart was treated, officers booked him into the Benton County jail, where he’s being held on suspicion of assault, domestic violence assault and second-degree malicious mischief.
