Pasco police are searching for a woman that wrecked a stolen car after fleeing officers.

Early Tuesday morning, Officer Carlos Santiago spotted Sarah Ann Miller, 25, driving a Ford Taurus that she took from an acquaintance.

When Santiago tried to stop her near the intersection of Court Street and 18th Avenue, Miller fled, leading the officer on a chase around the Autoplex and into a strip mall parking lot.

“Officer Santiago got to watch the Taurus hit curbs and sideswipe a guard rail,” Pasco police said on Facebook. “It ended up with three flat tires and one missing tire, with the rim ground down to the hub.”

After bailing from the car, Miller ran into a nearby neighborhood, where officers lost track of her. Residents said they saw her as late as 6 a.m.

Miller described as 5-foot-11, 165 pounds, with short, dark hair. She is homeless.

Anyone with information can call the non-emergency dispatch number at 509-545-3510.
