Kennewick man accused of trying to kill his wife thrown out of court
Benton County corrections officers had to escort Abdul Rahman Sweidan out of Benton County Superior Court on Wednesday after he kept interrupting Judge Jackie Shea Brown and a court interpreter.
The Kennewick man was scheduled to enter a plea to attempted second-degree murder and first-degree assault charges after he allegedly stabbed his wife 20 times in front of their toddler.
Shea Brown warned Sweidan several times not to interrupt and not to talk about his case but he would not stop and had to be taken back to jail.
The hearing will be rescheduled.
