2 Kennewick vandals caught ‘red handed’

Kennewick police caught two vandals with the spray paint cans in their hands Tuesday night.

Officers were patrolling about 7 p.m. in the area of north of Entiat Avenue and Olympia Street, a frequent target of graffiti, when they spotted two men painting a wall owned by the railroad.

Sergio Abarca, 20, and Urel Huerta, 18, were arrested on suspicion of trespassing, malicious mischief and marijuana possession.
