Driver suspected of DUI in collision in Kennewick

A driver was arrested for suspicion of DUI after two cars collided in Kennewick Sunday night.

Ernesto Mendoza, 35, of Kennewick, was arrested on suspicion of DUI after a collision on Gage Boulevard, said police.

Mendoza was turning left onto Steptoe Street and allegedly failed to yield the right of way, colliding with a car heading west on Gage Boulevard.

No injuries were reported.
