Man wanted for drug possession, assault in Kennewick

Kennewick police want help finding a man wanted for failing to appear in court on drug possession and assault charges.

Manuel Farias, 37, has Department of Corrections warrants for escape from community custody and failure to appear in court on charges of methamphetamine possession and fourth-degree assault. He was last known to live in Kennewick.

He is 5-foot-7, 190 pounds and has black hair and hazel eyes. He has tattoos of a bird and a woman on his left shoulder and the Virgin Mary on his right shoulder. Kennewick police said he’s possibly armed and has made threats against officers in the past.
