74-year-old handicapped man’s scooter stolen in Kennewick

Fred is 74-years-old and was dependent on his red three-wheeled Pride Victory scooter to get around Kennewick, until it was stolen.

Fred is handicapped and on Tuesday discovered his scooter was stolen from a carport, according to Kennewick police.

His last name is being withheld as he is a victim.

The scooter is red with gray tires and several Seattle Seahawks stickers on it.
