Days Inn in Richland evacuated Sunday morning

Days Inn in Richland was evacuated Sunday morning after a fire was reported about 8:30 a.m.

Richland firefighters were able to contain the fire to a large laundry room, where a clothes dryer had caught fire.

No further damage was reported at the motel at 615 Jadwin Ave.
