Food, entertainment, bouncy houses on tap for Labor Day

Tri-City labor unions will celebrate Labor Day with a free public picnic from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sept. 5 at the Columbia Park Main Stage in Kennewick.

The picnic is open to the public, and is a celebration of all workers.

The event includes live music, a car and motorcycle show, bouncy houses and a full picnic, with hot dogs, hamburgers, potato salad, baked beans, chips, beverages and desert.

There will parking attendants and shuttles to the picnic site.
