Kennewick, Pasco farmers markets now accept food stamps
The farmers markets in Pasco and Kennewick now accept SNAP/EBT payments.
The markets will match every $5 purchase made through the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program/Electronic Benefits Transfer program with a $2 incentive.
The Pasco Farmers Market operates from 8 a.m. to noon, Wednesdays and Saturdays at the corner of South Fourth Avenue and West Columbia Street.
The Historic Downtown Kennewick Farmers Market is 4 to 8 p.m. Thursdays at the corner of Kennewick Avenue and Benton Street.
