Monday — Barbecued chicken, dill potato salad, broccoli with red peppers, wheat roll, raspberry sherbet.

Tuesday — Salisbury steak with gravy, mashed potatoes, glazed carrots, rye bread, coconut cake.

Wednesday — Spinach frittata, chuck wagon potatoes, blueberry muffin, fresh fruit.

Thursday — Sweet and sour chicken, rice, Oriental vegetables, wheat bread, fresh watermelon cubes.

Friday — Lasagna, seasoned green peas, tossed salad with dressing, garlic bread, apple crisp.
