LGBT pride events continue in Tri-Cities

Events to celebrate LGBT pride continue around the Tri-Cities.

A skate night at Rollarena Skating Center in Richland is set for July 15. Hours are from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. Cost is $5, including skate rental. Rollarena is at 849 Stevens Drive.

A community barbecue is noon to 4 p.m. July 16 at the Southridge Sports and Events Complex, 2901 Southridge Blvd., in Kennewick.

It will include softball, kickball and volleyball, water balloons and carnival games, among other activities. Food will be served. Admission is free.

A party follows that night at Out and About, 327 W. Lewis St, Pasco. India Ferrah, who appeared on RuPaul’s Drag Race, will be on hand, and a Gay Columbia Basin Pageant is planned.

A “Whips and Weenies” event is noon to 8 p.m. July 17 at Out and About. It’ll include a potluck and barbecue, karaoke and an auction.
