Blue bridge work will upend traffic Thursday

The northbound lanes of the blue bridge will be affected by maintenance work between 9 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. July 14.

Access from Columbia Drive to northbound 395 will be closed during the work. The Washington Department of Transportation advises drivers to use alternate routes.
