Pasco women injured in blue bridge crash
Two Pasco women were injured Monday night when their car was hit from the back near the blue bridge between Kennewick and Pasco.
Bjorn Grindstaff, 20, of Kennewick, was driving a Volkswagen Jetta north toward the bridge when a Chrysler van driven by Maria Cruz Ceja, 46, of Pasco, slowed for traffic.
Grindstaff’s car hit the back of Cruz Ceja’s van just after 9 p.m., according to the Washington State Patrol.
Cruz Ceja and her passenger, Elena Cruz, 60, of Pasco, were both taken to Trios Southridge Hospital in Kennewick. Grindstaff was not injured.
