2 more days of spring chinook fishing planned on Snake River

The spring chinook system has been opened for two days on the Snake River below Little Goose Dam to the Texas Rapids boat launch area upstream of the mouth of the Tucannon River.

Fishing will be allowed June 12 and 13 based on an estimate that 130 adult hatchery chinook can still be harvested. The daily limit is six hatchery chinook , of which no more than two can be adult chinook salmon. Anglers must stop fishing when they have two adult chinook.
