Judge candidate Burrowes to speak at Democrats meeting

Benton County District Court Judge Joe Burrowes will speak at the Tri-Cities Democrats meeting on at the Laborers’ Hall, 2505 W. Duportail St., Richland.

His presentation will include his judicial candidacy for Benton County Superior Court and current problems and developments in Benton County District Court.
