Latest Leadership Tri-Cities class project to be unveiled June 8 in Pasco

Leadership Tri-Cities Class XXI will unveil its class project — a three-room remodel of the Tri-City Union Gospel Mission’s women and children’s shelter — on June 8.

The event is at 1:30 p.m. at the shelter, 110 N. Second Ave., Pasco..

The project focused on the multipurpose room, a bedroom and supply closet, and it involved putting in new shelving, flooring, paint and trim, refrigerators and mattresses, among other improvements.

The unveiling will include tours and the chance to talk with Leadership Tri-Cities and Union Gospel Mission officials.
