Pasco man injured when pickup rear-ended near Burbank

A Pasco man was injured when his vehicle was rear-ended Saturday afternoon near Burbank.

Jose M. Rodriguez, 36, was taken to Lourdes after another vehicle rear-ended his Chevrolet pickup truck on Highway 124, two miles west of Burbank.

Rodriguez was rear-ended by a 2007 Nissan Sentra in the westbound lane driven by Benjamin J. Negrete, 31, of Clarkston, according to the Washington State Patrol.

Negrete was not injured. He was charged with negligent driving.

Both men were wearing seat belts.
