Two free days in June at Washington state parks

Visitors will not need a Discover Pass at Washington state parks on two Saturdays in June.

No pass will be needed on National Trails Day, June 4, and on National Get Outdoors Day, June 11. No free days are planned in July.

Passes still will be needed June 4 and 11 on Washington State Department of Fish and Wildlife and Department of Natural Resources land.

The passes, required for vehicle access to state parks, cost $30 a year or $10 for a day.
