Kidz Dig Rigz event set for May 21-22

The Kadlec Foundation will host a Kidz Dig Rigz event from 11 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (quiet hour for special needs children 9 to 10:30 a.m.) May 21 and from 12 to 3:30 p.m. May 22 at Columbia Park in Kennewick.

Tickets are $5, and children 2 and under are free.

Kids of all ages can get up close and personal with tractors, fire trucks, tanks and more. Child-friendly entertainment will include monster truck rides, tractor ride-and-drives, a car crusher in action presentation, bouncy houses, face-painting and clowns.

Food concessions will be available and visits can be expected from local favorite mascots and superheroes.

All proceeds benefit pediatric patients, their families, services, and programs at Kadlec Regional Medical Center.
