West Richland council plans special meeting May 20

The West Richland City Council will meet from 9 a.m. to noon May 20 at the Desert View Mobile Home Park community room, 6500 Desert View Drive.

The agenda includes a review of its budget process and a two-hour session to review its strategic plan for 2017-18.
