State and federal agencies plan a Tri-City-area workshop for those interested in helping develop a plan to protect the Snake River in the event of a major oil spill.
It is scheduled from 1 to 4 p.m. May 12 at the Ice Harbor Lock and Dam Visitor’s Center, 2339 Monument Drive, Burbank.
