Kennewick motorcycle rider injured on Interstate 90

A Kennewick man was injured when his motorcycle crashed Friday on Interstate 90 as he entered it from Highway 82 east of Ellensburg.

The Washington State Patrol said Ryan Oliveira, 31, who was riding a 2016 Harley Davidson, crossed all westbound lanes of the interstate to enter the median. He was thrown from his bike there about 5 p.m.

Oliveira was taken to Kittitas Valley Hospital. The state patrol blames inattention for the crash.
