Downtown Pasco tree project begins May 9
The city of Pasco will begin removing 10 trees in the downtown area at 8 p.m. May 9 as part of a project to fix uplifted and broken sidewalks.
The trees are at 403, 404, 411, 414, 430, 510, 511, 515, 522 and 524 W. Lewis St. The replacement plan will include new trees, randomly placed, with a shallow root structure to last longer in the urban environment.
