Free lecture on Islam May 5 in Richland

Sabiha Khan speaks May 5 at the League of Women Voters of Benton & Franklin Counties’ monthly meeting.

Khan, a native of Pakistan who teaches social studies at Kamiakin High School, will discuss the basic beliefs of Islam.

The meeting is free and open to the public.

It starts at 7 p.m. at the Ben Franklin Transit administration building, 1000 Columbia Park Trail, Richland.
