FE&C funds Helmets to Hardhats for veterans

Federal Engineers and Constructors of Richland has donated $25,000 to the nonprofit Helmets to Hardhats, the Central Washington Building and Construction Trades Council announced.

The program helps military service men and women gain employment in union building trades apprenticeship programs.

In recent years the non-profit program has relied on contractor and union donations.
