Kennewick police to promote new sergeants, swear in officers

Five Kennewick police officers will be promoted to sergeants and two new officers will be sworn in during a May 2 ceremony.

Todd Dronen, Matthew Newton, Joe Jackson, Ryan Kelly and Aaron Clem will be named sergeants. Steve Jackson and James Scott will be sworn into the department.
