Richland Parks and Recreation Commission Park Tour, 5:30 p.m., 500 Amon Park Drive: tour of Richland parks, including new HAPO Community Stage.

Port of Pasco, 10:30 a.m., 1110 Osprey Pointe Blvd.: public hearing on taxi resolution.

Educational Service District 123 board, 4:30 p.m., 3918 W. Court St.: reports and discuss establishing a new position. A closed-door session to discuss personnel issues is at 3:30 p.m.
