Monday — Green chili chicken, Spanish rice, fiesta blend vegetables, cornbread, banana.
Tuesday — Chili-stuffed potato, seasoned broccoli, tossed salad with dressing, carrot cake.
Wednesday — Lasagna, green beans, tossed salad with dressing, garlic breadstick, sherbet.
Thursday — Chicken and dressing casserole, roasted sweet potatoes, brussel sprouts with bacon, roll, cranberry oat bar.
Friday — Beef stroganoff over noodles, Harvard beets, broccoli salad, gelatin poke cake.
