Warmer weather beckons people into river

Warmer than normal temperatures are expected again Friday but a trough of low pressure with cooler temperatures and a slight chance of showers is expected to arrive from the Pacific in time for the weekend, according to forecasters.
The two traveled from Connell with family friends to enjoy the sunny skies.
Daily high temperature records were set in Pasco on Wednesday, with a high of 88 degrees, and at the Hanford Meteorological Station both Tuesday and Wednesday. The high Tuesday was 87 degrees and the high by 4 p.m. Wednesday was 87 degrees, which beat the previous record.
