Rick Grubb, an AARP Foundation Tax-Aide Program volunteer, helps Kennewick’s Norma Strong, left, complete her 2015 tax return Monday, in time for the April 18 tax filing deadline, at the Pasco Senior Center.
The local group of 45 volunteers has been working since February at six sites around the Tri-City area to help an estimated 2,500 people file tax returns, according to Ken Albin, district coordinator.
