Semi crash injures 1 in Kennewick

A semi-truck tipped over Monday morning on Highway 395 in Kennewick, injuring a Louisiana man.

Bryan J. Smith, 49, was speeding when he lost control of the truck and crashed while getting onto the highway from Highway 240, according to the Washington State Patrol.

He was taken to Trios Southridge Hospital in Kennewick with unknown injuries.

No other vehicles were involved in the crash.

Smith was cited for negligent driving.
