Connell woman injured in Highway 395 crash

Yolanda Leon, 24, of Connell, was injured Thursday evening in a two-car crash on Highway 395 four miles south of the city, according to the Washington State Patrol.

Leon was driving a Toyota Scion northbound about 5 p.m. when she rear-ended a Toyota pickup driven by Darcy Labelle, 24, of Chimacum, the state patrol said.

Leon was taken to Kadlec Regional Medical Center, the state patrol said. It’s unclear if she was admitted.

Labelle was uninjured. Both drivers were wearing seat belts. Leon was cited for following too close.
