The overall project has caused long-term lane closures between Clearwater Avenue and Canal Drive that are expected to continue until August. The work includes installation of street lights, curbs, gutters, sidewalks, two pedestrian crossings and other upgrades. Access is being maintained to local businesses and apartments.
