▪ Monday — Swiss steak with tomato gravy, garlic mashed potatoes, mixed vegetables, whole wheat bread, oatmeal raisin cookie.
▪ Tuesday — Spaghetti with meat sauce, broccoli Normandy, tossed salad with dressing, garlic breadstick, chocolate mint brownie.
▪ Wednesday — Country-style barbecued pork, sweet potatoes, cauliflower with red pepper, cornbread muffin, ambrosia.
▪ Thursday — Oven baked french toast, turkey sausage, chuck wagon potatoes, citrus salad.
▪ Friday — Chicken a la King, seasoned green peas, tossed salad with dressing, biscuit, Mandarin oranges.
