Blowing dust forecast for Tri-Cities on Easter

Drivers are urged to use caution on Easter afternoon, particularly on Interstates 84 and 82.

Blowing dust could reduce visibility to one mile at times, according to the National Weather Service.

In the Tri-Cities a southwest wind of about 24 mph is forecast with gusts as high as 39 mph. Winds should decrease in the evening.
