Breaking down Bordeaux at Prosser’s Clore Center
The Walter Clore Wine and Culinary Center in Prosser will give a crash course in Bordeaux and Bordeaux-style blends on March 26.
Those visiting the center’s tasting room from 3 to 5 p.m. will be able to try five Bordeaux varietals that are allowed as components of a Bordeaux-style blend. Those tastings will be followed by an example of a Bordeaux-style blend from Washington.
Cost is $30 per person for those paying in advance, and $35 for those paying upon visiting the tasting room. For more information or to pay in advance, call 509-786-1000.
