Community prayer gathering set March 20 in Pasco

The next citywide prayer gathering in Pasco is planned March 20.

The event starts at 6:30 p.m. at Pasco Church of the Nazarene, 7305 W. Court St.

Previous gatherings have drawn hundreds of citizens, clergy members and city leaders.

The idea is to “come together and begin to pray for our community, families, leaders, schools, businesses and churches. This inter-denominational gathering of believers is based on the heart and purpose to see our community flourish,” said Adelita Martinez, a Pasco Police Department chaplain and one of the organizers.
