A Kids Engineering Day is planned March 12 in Pasco.

The free event, coordinated by Energy Northwest’s Women in Nuclear chapter, will run from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Curie STEM Elementary School, 715 N. California Ave.

The public is invited.

The event will include hands-on activities and is aimed at elementary school-aged kids. About 150 kids and parents attended last year.
