Restriping on Highway 240, 395 to cause nighttime delays

Traffic will be reduced to one lane on two state highways in Benton County while crews restripe pavement markings, according to the Washington State Department of Transportation.

The intersection of Highway 240 and Highway 224 at Van Giesen will be reduced to one lane each direction between 9 p.m. and 2:30 a.m. starting Feb. 24 .

The intersection of Highway 395 at 27th Avenue in Kennewick will be reduced to one land in each direction from 9 a.m. to 2:30 a.m. starting Feb. 25 .

Drivers are urged to use caution.
