Railroad crossing emergency repairs in Pasco to close city street

Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railways has requested an emergency road closure from the city of Pasco to do repairs on the crossing at 1st Avenue and "A" Street. The crossing is scheduled to be closed to traffic through January 27. Local access will be permitted and identified detours will be in place to re-route traffic around the rail crossing, according to a city press release.
