Bus charter to sewing expo planned for February

The Clothing & Textile Advisors group is chartering a 50-passenger bus to the Washington State Fairgrounds in Puyallup for the Sewing & Stitchery Expo.

The expo is the largest sewing exhibit and seminar in the Northwest, and provides an opportunity to see the latest products and learn the newest techniques.

The bus will leave from Richland at 6 a.m. Feb. 26. It will also stop in Benton City at 6:30 a.m., in Prosser at 7 a.m. and in Yakima at 7:45 a.m. to pick up participants. The bus should arrive in Puyallup at Expo about 10 a.m.

On Feb. 27, the bus will depart at 6 p.m. for the return trip home. A 30-minute dinner stop is planned at North Bend.

Each participant should buy their own daily entrance tickets and seminar tickets. You will be available for seminars Friday afternoon and all day Saturday.

Transportation and lodging (two people to a room) are included in the $130 fee. If postmarked after Jan. 27, the cost will be $150. A minimum of 30 registrations are required by Jan. 27.

Call 509-547-4379 for a registration form. Space is limited.
