Nancy Krupin, a dietician and diabetes educator at Kadlec Regional Medical Center, will share simple ways to stick to New Year’s resolutions to eat healthier in 2016.

Her free talk is part of Kadlec’s monthly education program for people with Type 2 diabetes. It is open to everyone.

The session is 5 to 6 p.m., Jan. 20, at Kadlec Healthplex, Cedar Room, 1268 Lee Blvd., Richland. To register call 509-942-2660.
