Safe Kids Benton-Franklin to provide car seat checks

Safe Kids Benton-Franklin will provide free car seat inspections from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Jan. 13 at the Washington State Patrol headquarters, 143302 Law Lane in Kennewick.
